6 ounces thinly sliced roast beef
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon water
Pinch of salt
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco
2 onion buns, split in half and toasted
4 slices American cheese
1 tablespoon milk

Steps:

  • Add the roast beef to a skillet set over medium heat. Cover the skillet and turn the heat to low and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the roast beef is hot.
  • Meanwhile, add the ketchup, water, salt, onion powder, paprika, and Tabasco to a small bowl and mix until smooth.
  • In a small dish, melt the American cheese and milk in the microwave on low for 20 seconds, stirring until smooth.
  • To assemble the sandwiches, spread a thin layer of the sauce on both halves of each bun, arrange the meat on the bottom bun, drizzle with cheese sauce, add the top bun, and serve immediately.

2 oz. KRAFT Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut lengthwise into 6 slices, then crosswise in half
2 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Slow Roasted Roast Beef, cut into thirds
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Horseradish Sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese. Place meat on 6 crackers.
  • Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Spoon horseradish sauce onto meat-topped crackers; cover with cheese-topped crackers, cheese sides down, to make 6 cracker sandwiches.

6 teaspoons horseradish sauce
6 onion poppy seed hamburger buns (any hamburger buns can be substituted)
1 - 1 1/2 pounds roast beef deli slices
15 ounce can Ricos Premium Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Wrap the roast beef deli slices in foil. Using two foil packs will heat the meat up quickest.
  • Place the deli meat in oven for 15 minutes.
  • As the deli meat warms up in the oven, place the Ricos Premium Cheddar Cheese Sauce in a saucepan on a low-medium heat on the stovetop. Stir frequently for 10 minutes.
  • Assemble the sandwiches. Place a teaspoon of horseradish on each bottom hamburger bun, followed by four slices roast beef deli meat, then a dollop of the Ricos Premium Cheddar Cheese Sauce.
  • Complete with the top of the hamburger bun and serve.

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, whisk reduced-fat mayonnaise with Dijon mustard; spread on bread. On bottom slice, spread mango chutney.
