- In a small saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions; drain and cool., Meanwhile, place a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Pour in eggs; cook and stir until eggs are thickened and no liquid egg remains. Remove from pan., In same skillet, heat canola oil over medium-high heat. Add squash, red pepper and garlic; stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until squash is crisp-tender. Stir in curry powder, ginger and pepper flakes. Add rice and pasta; drizzle with soy sauce, lime juice and sesame oil. Heat through, tossing to combine. Stir in green onions, cashews and cooked eggs.

RICE WITH ANGEL HAIR
It is very easy and delicious. It is Syrian way of cooking rice. Cut angel hair into pieces 1" long. Choose a deep pot to prevent water from spill over. To let the rice stand in pot for 10 min is essential part of cooking the rice.

- Add canola oil, angel hair and salt.
- Stir-fry angel hair on high heat until golden color.
- Add rice and mix with angel hair.
- Add water.
- Cover pot and cook for 13 - 15 minute.
- Let stand in the covered pot for 10 minute.
- Stir and serve.

- Add the chopped onion and garlic, stir and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour the water or broth over the rice, add the salt and lime juice, and once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low, cover with the lid, and cook for about 20 minutes.
- The rice is ready when the water has been absorbed and the rice is tender and cooked. Turn off the heat and keep it covered for at least 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
