Ingredients

2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 to 3/4 cup whole milk
1 red velvet cupcake, frosting removed (or 1 cup red velvet cake pieces)

Steps:

Put the ice cream, 1/2 cup of the milk and the cupcake into the jar of a blender and puree until smooth. Add more milk if the shake is too thick. Pour into 2 sundae glasses or pint glasses and serve immediately.

Ingredients

½ cup double cream
½ cup cream cheese
1 tablespoon icing sugar
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup whole milk
3 slices red velvet cake
2 tablespoons red gel food coloring

Steps:

To make the cream cheese topping, whip the double cream, cream cheese, and icing sugar together. Set aside.
In a blender, combine ice cream, whole milk, 2 slices of red velvet cake, and red food gel color and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and top with the cream cheese, another slice of red velvet cake, and a straw.
ENJOY!
