REBECCA SAUCE (FRUIT DIP)
I got this recipe from a country club I used to waitress at. It is a dip that is used for all fruits. It so delicious and creamy, sweet.

- You can adjust (more or less) the brown sugar and rum to your liking.

This is a treat for my family in the summer. We take it on picnics and family gatherings and it is such a hit. It is so easy to make, the kids usually do it all on their own!

- Fold in whipped topping and marshmallow cream until well mixed.

FAT FREE FRUIT DIP
This is a great recipe. i used plain yogurt, but it tasted just weird so i tried vanilla yogurt and it was great. people were even dipping their cookies in it so i think if i make it thicker it will be a great frosting recipe too. but any kind will work.

- just mix it all together with a hand blender, then put in fridge for an hour or so. ( i had it in the fridge all night but did not try for just 1 hour so experiment with it) serve with fruit. ( or apparently cookies too).
