All they did was give me a RMA #, shipping label, sent it out. 2 weeks later got new ones. Like brand new in the box. I didn’t even send the adapters back or the pans. Was just the unit.

As soon as it beeped, I dumped the powder into a round, and started again. As soon as it beeps 41.0 flashes on the screen, which I took as the double check weight.
