- Bring 1 16oz. bag of berries, sugar and water to a boil. Add pie tone mixture and stir until thick.
- Add 2 16-oz. bags of berries.
- Cool, Refrigerate or Freeze in Gallon Bag.
- Frozen bake at 375* for 70 minutes.
- Thawed bake at 375* for 60 minutes.

- Combine mixed berries in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix together the the sugar, corn starch and salt. Drain off any juice from the berries and then combine with the sugar mixture and gently stir together.
- Make crust according to pie crust directions. Tuck under the edges and then place foil over the crust and put pie beads or dry beans in the center of the foil. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Remove pie crust from oven and add the berry mixture on top (leaving any excess juices in the bowl). Then place top crust on top of the berries (alternatively add the crumb topping below). Brush the egg white on top of the pie crust using a pastry brush and then sprinkle with sugar.

- On a lightly floured surface roll out one pie crust and fit into a 9" pie plate., leave edges of dough hanging over the edge of pie plate.

- Prepare the pie crust and shape half of the dough into a pie plate. Slice the other half into strips and cover both with plastic wrap and place in the fridge.
- Add the fruit, sugar and Ultra Gel into a saucepan and gently, using a rubber spatula, fold the berries in. Start with only 1/2 cup sugar, but if your berries are extra tart you should add more sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time. Turn the heat to medium low and cook until the berries are releasing their juices and beginning to thicken. Only stir occasionally as you don't want to break up the fruit and turn it into jam.
- Add the hot fruit mixture directly into the pie crust. Place strips across the pie and then lift up one end of every other strip and lay a new strip across the other way. Now, repeat but with the other strips that were not originally lifted up. Continue until you're halfway across the pie then turn the pie around and repeat from the other side to make a lattice across the entire pie.
