Ingredients

1 (7 ounce) container marshmallow creme (2 cups)
2 cups whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) container raspberry yogurt
1 cup raspberry sherbet
1 prepared graham cracker crusts or 1 chocolate cookie pie crust

Steps:

Whisk together Marshmallow Creme and whipped topping until well blended, making sure that the mixture is smooth.
Stir in yogurt until well blended.
Mix sherbet in a separate bowl until soft and creamy.
Mix the sherbet with the marshmallow mixture and pour into prepared crust.
Freeze until firm.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups raspberry pie filling (from 21-oz can)
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
6 slices (about 3/4 inch thick) angel food or pound cake (3x2 1/2 inches)
3/4 cup whipped cream topping (from 7-oz can)

Steps:

In medium bowl, mix pie filling, strawberries and blueberries.
Cut each cake slice diagonally in half to make 2 triangles. Arrange 2 triangles on each of 6 serving plates. Top with fruit mixture and whipped cream.

Prepare the pie crust and shape half of the dough into a pie plate. Slice the other half into strips and cover both with plastic wrap and place in the fridge.
Add the fruit, sugar and Ultra Gel into a saucepan and gently, using a rubber spatula, fold the berries in. Start with only 1/2 cup sugar, but if your berries are extra tart you should add more sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time. Turn the heat to medium low and cook until the berries are releasing their juices and beginning to thicken. Only stir occasionally as you don't want to break up the fruit and turn it into jam.
Add the hot fruit mixture directly into the pie crust. Place strips across the pie and then lift up one end of every other strip and lay a new strip across the other way. Now, repeat but with the other strips that were not originally lifted up. Continue until you're halfway across the pie then turn the pie around and repeat from the other side to make a lattice across the entire pie.

Prepare Oreo Cookie Pie Crust. Place the ground Oreo crumb mixture into a 9- or 10-inch deep-dish pie pan and press into the bottom and up the sides evenly. Try to make the crust about 1/8 inch (1/3 cm) evenly all around. Chill the crust for an hour before you add the filling of your choice (this will help prevent crumbling when you want to serve it).
In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and softened cream cheese. Stir in lemon juice until well combined. Pour into prepared Oreo Cookie Pie Crust. Refrigerate until ready to finish filling the pie.
In a small sauce pan, combine the raspberry juice and arrowroot, stirring or whisking well to combine. NOTE: When using fresh raspberries, mash about 1/4 cup of raspberry and add enough water to make 1/3 to 1/2 cup to use in place of the juices from the frozen raspberries. Over medium heat, cook and stir until the mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and add the raspberries, reserving a few whole raspberries for garnish. Let raspberry mixture cool.
When the raspberry mixture has cooled, pour the mixture over the refrigerated cream cheese mixture in the pie shell. Garnish with prepared whipped cream, grated chocolate, and raspberries.
