My family often asks me to make this zippy ranch-style dip. The recipe, from a local Mexican restaurant, stirs up a creamy blend that tastes great with crunchy tortilla chips or raw vegetables.

- In a blender or food processor, prepare the ranch salad dressing according to package directions. Add peppers and cilantro; cover and process for 2-3 minutes or until combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.

CHUY'S JALAPENO RANCH DIP - THE REAL DEAL
This recipe supposedly comes from a former Chuy's employee. When I first got the recipe, the ingredient quanities were huge! Plus it's very different from the other copycat recipes out there. All this (plus the great taste) lead me to believe it's the real McCoy.

- In a medium bowl, use a whisk or an electric hand mixer on medium speed to whip the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the sour cream and mix again until smooth. Add the Hidden Valley® Ranch Dip Mix and mix until combined.
- Using a spatula, fold in the minced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, garlic, and lemon juice until well incorporated.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with cilantro sprig and sliced jalapeño. Serve with vegetable chips.
- Enjoy!

- In a blender or food processor add your seeded jalapenos. Then pulse the blender a few times just until the jalapenos are broken up into chucks.
- Add sour cream, ranch mix, and the juice from the lime. Blend until mixture is completely incorporated.
- Serve chilled. I think this is better the next day when the flavors have had time to meld together, but it can be served immediately.
