Here's what you need: all-purpose flour, eggs, butter, granulated sugar, milk, graham cracker, chocolate, marshmallow, chocolate syrup

2 cups all-purpose flour
3 eggs
¼ cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 cups milk
graham cracker, as desired
chocolate, as desired
marshmallow, as desired
chocolate syrup, to garnish

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, eggs, butter, and sugar, stirring until ingredients are slightly mixed.
  • Add the milk ½ cup (120 ml) at a time, stirring vigorously, making sure the milk is completely incorporated into the batter and that the batter is smooth before adding more milk.
  • Repeat with the rest of the milk. The batter should be very liquidy and have no lumps.
  • In a pan over medium heat, pour ⅓ cup (95 g) of the batter in the center and swirl the batter around the edges of the pan until set.
  • To know when the crepe is ready to flip, lift up one of the edges about ⅓ of the way. The bottom side should be golden brown. Flip the crepe.
  • Cook until the edges are starting to slightly crisp.
  • Remove from heat and cover with a paper towel to make sure the crepes stay moist.
  • Add graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows to crepe. Fold crepe over twice.
  • Bake at 350˚F (175˚C) for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and cool.
  • Serve with chocolate syrup and crumbled graham crackers.
  • Enjoy!

Homemade Oreo-style cookies are pretty great on their own, but they're even better when you add graham cracker crumbs to the cookie dough, stuff them with marshmallow creme, and then roll them in sprinkles. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup baking cocoa
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
Rainbow sprinkles

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in cocoa. In another bowl, whisk cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Refrigerate until firm, at least 30 minutes., Shape dough into 1-in. balls. Place 2 in. apart on parchment-lined baking sheets. Flatten with bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake until set, 6-8 minutes. Cool on pans 3 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely., Spread marshmallow creme on bottoms of half of the cookies; cover with remaining cookies. Roll sides in sprinkles. Serve immediately, or freeze cookies in freezer containers, separating layers with waxed paper. To use, thaw cookies briefly before serving.

Here's what you need: mini marshmallows, butter, wheat cereal, graham cracker, chocolate

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup mini marshmallows, divided
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups wheat cereal
1 cup graham cracker, chopped
2 bars chocolate, chopped, plus more to top

Steps:

  • Microwave ½ of the marshmallows and butter in a bowl, stirring every 15 seconds, until fully melted.
  • Add cereal and graham crackers into the bowl and mix until well coated. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  • Add the chopped chocolate bars and mix just until combined.
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the cooled mixture into the pan.
  • Press into the edges of the pan and top with more chocolate pieces and remaining mini marshmallows.
  • Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut and serve.
  • Enjoy!
