PARMESAN GARLIC HERB QUICK BREAD
This Parmesan Garlic Herb Quick Bread is a tender, flavorful bread that makes a great side dish to any meal.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or spray with nonstick cooking spray a standard 9x5 loaf pan.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Gently mix in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, buttermilk and egg.
- Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients. Gently stir and fold the ingredients until all the flour has been incorporated and a wet batter is formed. Gently fold in the herbs and garlic. Be careful not to over-mix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading to the edges.
- Bake in the preheated 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes. When finished, the loaf should be domed and golden, and a toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before removing, slicing and serving.
- Wrap cooled loaves tightly in plastic wrap and store at room temperature for up to a week. For freezer storage, wrap in plastic and aluminum foil and frozen for up to three months.

Easy and quick when you want bread to serve with a meal but forgot to think about it way before hand. Change up the herbs and add rosemary or leave out the cheese or garlic if you like.

- 1. In the bowl of a mixer mix your yeast, honey, and water. Cover and let sit for about 15 minutes, until bubbly.
- 2. Add your flour, and salt, mix using a dough hook (or knead by hand) for about 5 minutes or until nice and smooth. Add in the garlic and Parmesan cheese until incorporated.
- 3. On a floured counter divide the dough in half and shape into 2 loaves. If you want lines sliced into the top slice them now. Cover with a dishtowel and let rise for 20 minutes.
- 4. Brush the tops of the loaves with olive oil , place on a baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before cutting.

- Generously grease the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray. Set aside 1 tablespoon each of Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses.
- Combine baking mix, milk, remaining Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses, egg whites, minced onion, and garlic salt in a bowl until well mixed. Pour into the prepared slow cooker and sprinkle reserved Parmesan and Cheddar over top.
- Cook on High until bread is cooked through, about 1 hour.

- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic salt, rosemary, basil, thyme, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
- Spread each half of the French bread with equal portions of the butter mixture. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Place bread halves, crusts down, on a medium baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are very lightly browned.
