Fluffy Bisquick quiche recipe made in the blender! Make this crustless Bisquick breakfast recipe with ham and cheese or your favorite additions.

1/2 cup ham (cubed)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
3 large eggs
1/2 Cup Bisquick
1 1/2 Cups milk
2/4 Cup butter (melted)
1/2 Cup onion (chopped)

Steps:

  • Grease deep dish pie pan. Add ham and cheese evenly to bottom.
  • In a blender combine the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • Add blended mixture to pie pan on top of ham and cheese.
  • Bake in preheated 350˚F oven for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes, then cut and enjoy.

1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold butter
3 to 5 tablespoons ice water
FILLING:
12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded pepper jack or Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
4 large eggs
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Combine flour and salt; cut in butter until crumbly. Gradually add 3-5 tablespoons ice water, tossing with a fork until dough holds together when pressed. Wrap and refrigerate 1 hour., Preheat oven to 450°. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to an 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. pie plate. Trim crust to 1/2 in. beyond rim of plate; flute edge. Line unpricked crust with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil. Bake 5 minutes; remove foil. Bake 5 minutes longer; remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. Reduce heat to 375°., Sprinkle bacon, cheeses and onion over crust. Beat remaining ingredients until blended; pour over top. Bake until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

1 (20 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
12 eggs
1 (8 ounce) bag shredded monterey jack pepper cheese (or your favorite)
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (or any cream soup of your choice)
1 1/2 cups ham (substitute cooked vegetable like broccoli or asparagus for a vegetarian version) or 1 1/2 cups bacon (substitute cooked vegetable like broccoli or asparagus for a vegetarian version)
1 tablespoon butter (for cooking) or 1 tablespoon margarine (for cooking)

Steps:

  • Butter a 9" X 12" baking dish well and press Simply Potatoes Hash Browns along the bottom and up sides of the dish.
  • Crack eggs into blender and add canned soup. Blend well.
  • Add remaining ingredients and pour over hash browns in prepared baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until egg mixture has set.
  • Cut into squares and serve warm.
  • Also travels well for potlucks and other gatherings.

½ cup all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan.
  • Line bottom of pie plate with cheese and crumbled bacon. Combine eggs, butter, onion, salt, flour and milk; whisk together until smooth; pour into pie pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, until set. Serve hot or cold.

1 (500 ml) package Europe's Best Mediterranean Diced Delight Frozen Vegetables
12 ounces Greek yogurt
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
3/4 cup half-and-half

Steps:

  • Press thawed hash browns between paper towels to remove moisture. Press hash browns into a greased 10-inch pie plate, and brush with melted butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare Mediterranean vegetables according to package directions. Stir diced vegetables, and yogurt together with cheese and half and half. Pour into prepared potato crust, and bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 350-degree oven or until knife inserted comes out clean. Salt and pepper to taste.
