This recipe has been used in our family for years. It's better than any store-bought sauce and so quick and easy to make! Have extra sauce on hand because people will want to use it as a dipping sauce too.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir until translucent, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in ketchup, honey, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until flavors combine, about 5 minutes.

This sauce takes minutes to make and you may reduce the amounts to half if desired but you will will not have a lot of sauce, I have left the cayenne as optional if you like a bit of heat then add it in --- also see my recipe#79469

Steps:
- In a small saucepan melt butter over medium heat.
- Add in garlic and cayenne; cook stirring for about 2 minutes or until the garlic is softened (be careful not to burn the garlic).
- Add in the ketchup, honey and soy sauce; bring to a simmer stirring constanly.
- Simmer for about 4-5 minutes.

QUICK AND EASY GARLIC SAUCE
Instead of buying a bottle that will sit in the fridge for ages and takes up space. I find it easier to make my own garlic sauce for when I eat falafel. It is a lot cheaper as well. Also you can adapt it to your own taste. it is very easy to make and takes up no time.

This is a quick and easy recipe for pork chops in a flavorful honey-garlic sauce.

Steps:
- Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
- Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Sear pork chops until golden brown and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
- Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the pan juices, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add honey, water, and vinegar. Increase heat to medium-high and cook, stirring occasionally until sauce has reduced down and slightly thickened, 3 to 4 minutes. Return pork back to the skillet and baste generously with the sauce.
- Transfer skillet under the broiler and broil until edges of pork chops are slightly charred, 1 to 2 minutes.
