3 cups frozen raspberries or 3 cups frozen peaches
1 cup grape juice
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

  • Place all in blender and mix well.
  • Spoons into cups or bowls and serve immediately or freeze for later.

1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice

Steps:

  • Whisk all ingredients.
  • Pour into 8 Tupperware popsicle makers.
  • Place lids on tightly.
  • Freeze for at least three hours.

1/4 cup water
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar

Steps:

  • Puree all the ingredients and pour into small paper cups or popsicle molds.
  • If using cups, when halfway frozen, stand a wooden stick or plastic spoon in the popsicle to make a handle.
  • When frozen solid, unmold or peel away the paper to eat.
