- Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add cider, vodka, and rum; shake well until chilled.
- Shake cinnamon into a small plate. Rub lime wedge around the edge of a martini glass. Dip edge of glass into cinnamon.
- Strain cocktail into martini glass; garnish with lime wedge and cinnamon stick.

- Mix castor sugar and pumpkin spice in a shallow plate.
- Brush the rim of the martini glasses with maple syrup and then press in the sugar to coat the rim.
- Freeze the glass for 15-20 minutes to get a nice frost.
- Add vodka, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, sugar syrup, bailey's, and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well and strain the cocktail into the ready glasses.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Serve immediately.
