PULL APART PIZZA
We're huge Notre Dame fans, and we tailgate. A lot! This is one of those recipe that is a sure fit hit with the kids and the adults. Sometimes we get crazy and add other "pizza" type ingredients like olives, or peppers, but mainly we stay with the original pizza pull apart bread-it seems to be a good luck charm for our team! -Dana Elliot, Taste of Home Culinary Specialist

Steps:
- Cut breadsticks into quarters or pizza dough into small pieces. Remove pepperoni from package and cut into smaller pieces; save remainder for another use. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss so oil is spread evenly., Spread mixture in greased 13x9-in. baking dish or fluted tube pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until top is brown. Be sure center is thoroughly cooked; if not, continue baking and check every 5 minutes until done. Flip pizza onto serving plate and serve with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.

These are yummy, quick, and easy calzones that can be eaten hot or frozen and taken for a easy heat up lunch. They're also versatile and you can put in any kind of pizza toppings you like!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425.
- Unroll the pizza dough onto a large cookie sheet.
- Press the dough out so that it is about the same thickness all around and so that it covers the cookie sheet.
- Cut into 4 equal size rectangles.
- In a bowl, mix sauce, cheese, and toppings.
- Spoon equal amounts of toppings into the middle the rectangles.
- Lightly spread out the sauce mixture.
- Fold one corner so that it meets with the opposite corner.
- Crimp the edges so that the calzones seal.
- Mix olive oil and parmesan cheese mix.
- Brush with olive oil and parmesan cheese mixture.
- Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot or freeze for later.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Unroll dough on baking sheet into 2 rectangles; firmly press perforations together to seal.
- Mix mozzarella and pizza sauce; spread down center of 1 rectangle to within 1/2 inch of edge. Place remaining rectangle over filling; crimp edge with fork. Cut dough crosswise into thirds, then cut each third diagonally in half. (Do not separate dough.) Brush with water; sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake 14 to 15 min. or until golden brown.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut dough roll in half crosswise.
- Unroll one dough half onto large baking sheet which has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread pizza sauce down centre of dough leaving 1/2 inch around the edges.
- Top sauce with mozarella cheese.
- Top half with turkey slices, leaving the other half as cheese only.
- Unfold remaining dough half over filling.
- Crimp edges with fork.
- Cut rectangle in half crosswise.
- Cut each rectangle on diagonal into two pieces, but do NOT separate.
- Brush dough lightly with water, using pastry brush.
- Sprinkle evenly with parmesan cheese.
- Bake 15-19 mins til golden brown.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool on rack for 5 minutes.
