Steps:
- Make the raspberry jam: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook the raspberries for about 4 minutes, until they start to burst and become very fragrant. Add the sugar and cook, stirring constantly, for 10-15 minutes, until running a spoon through the jam leaves an open trail at the bottom of the pot. Stir in the lemon juice. Remove the pot from the heat and let the jam cool completely. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Make the sliders: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a small baking sheet with foil, leaving enough overhang so the sides can be used as handles. Grease with nonstick spray.
- Slice the sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, leaving the individual rolls connected. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking sheet.
- Layer the turkey and ham on top, making sure to fold the meat to fit inside the individual squares of the rolls, then top with the Swiss cheese.
- Spread the raspberry jam over the top half of the rolls and place on top of the cheese layer, pressing down lightly.
- In a small bowl, mix together the egg and melted butter. Liberally brush on top of the rolls.
- Bake the sliders until the cheese is completely melted and the buns are toasted, 25-30 minutes. If the tops begin to brown too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
- Remove the sliders from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a serving platter. Dust lightly with powdered sugar and serve whole so the sliders can be pulled apart.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, brown sausage patties over medium heat. About 4 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Whisk eggs and milk together in a medium bowl. Melt 2 Tablespoons of butter in the same skillet you used to cook the sausage. Turn the heat to low and add egg mixture. Continuously push eggs from the edges to the center of the skillet until curds form and eggs are cooked through.
- Without pulling the rolls apart at the seams, carefully slice the entire package in half horizontally.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls into the bottom of an 11X7 baking dish. Top with American cheese slices in an even layer. Add eggs and spread to cover the entire dish. Top with sausage patties, and finish with pepper jack cheese slices. Place the top half of the rolls on top.
- In a microwave safe dish, melt remaining butter. Whisk in maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Brush butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls making sure to get it in all the crevices.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm.

TANGY BBQ MEATBALL SLIDERS
Sure, you can buy frozen meatballs and bottled BBQ sauce, but homemade is well worth the effort. These sliders are great Game Day snacks or bite-sized party appetizers. We like our sliders with coleslaw, but a little cheese wouldn't hurt either.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place a baking rack sprayed with nonstick cooking spray onto a foil-lined baking pan.
- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and saute for about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add ketchup, molasses, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, hot sauce, and cayenne pepper; mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Add a bit of water if sauce gets too thick.
- Meanwhile, combine beef, pork, bread crumbs, milk, egg, mustard, steak seasoning, and garlic in a bowl. Use a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop to form meat mixture into balls, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place meatballs on the rack, leaving enough space between them so they'll brown on all sides.
- Bake meatballs in the preheated oven until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (71 degrees C), 25 to 30 minutes.
- Gently stir meatballs into the BBQ sauce. Simmer until meatballs are heated through, 10 to 15 minutes. Divide saucy meatballs among the slider buns.
