- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F In a small bowl sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside. In a large bowl cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until combined. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Chill dough for at least 30 minutes. Drop cookies by small rounded spoon full onto cookie sheet. If using sugar or sprinkles, roll balls of dough in sprinkles to cover and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or just until cookies no longer appear wet, but make sure not to overcook! As they come out of the oven, gently place an unwrapped kiss or hug in the center of each cookie. Leave cookies on baking sheets to cool completely.

These cookies change flavors if you change the flavor of the pudding and or the flavor of the chips. They are very cake-like in texture.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Combine the flour and baking soda. Set aside.
- Mix the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, pudding mix, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Add the eggs and mix well. Gradually stir in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and the chopped nuts. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets about 1 inch apart.
- Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Combine flour and baking soda. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add dry pudding mix; beat until blended. Add eggs; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate.
- Drop tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
- Bake 10 to 12 min. or until edges of cookies are lightly browned. Cool 1 min. on baking sheets. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

- Melt the white chocolate in a small bowl on 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Let cool slightly while you start the cookies.
- Cream butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Add pudding mix and blend until combined. Add white chocolate and mix until mixture is smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until combined. Mix in baking soda and flour and mix until cookie dough forms.
- Place about 1/2 cup sugar in a small bowl for rolling, if desired. (Cookies will be a little crunchy on the outside with the sugar, if you use it.)
