Steps:
- Make Pizza Dough as per instructions. Once dough has risen, pre-heat oven to 400F / 200C. Drizzle 2-3 cookie sheets or pizza pans with a tablespoon of olive oil, divide dough into 2-3 or balls and place on cookie sheet to rest for at least 20 minutes.

"Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix" My husband and I love breakfast and pizza. I thought I could combine the two using my new favorite condiment, Bacon Jam. You can find Bacon Jam in some specialty food stores, order it online or be adventurous and make your own. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat oven to 500°.
- Take potatoes out of bag and place in a colander. Rinse and drain well. Place potatoes in a clean dish towel and wring dry.
- Roll out pizza dough to a 10 - 12" round.
- Spread rolled out dough with 2/3 of the bacon jam.
- Top jam layer with one and a half cups of cheese.
- Top cheese with hash browns.
- Spread remaining cheese over hash browns.
- Make 4 small depressions in each quadrant of the pizza.
- Place 1 egg in each of the depressions.
- Dollop remaining bacon jam around top of pizza.
- Bake for 12 minutes, until egg white is cooked and yolk is runny.
- Note: Everyone's oven bakes differently. My oven is temperamental and takes longer to bake the eggs. Keep an eye on your eggs while they bake and adjust cooking time accordingly.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Place the potato slices in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil; then lower the heat to a simmer and cook until tender. Drain well and pat dry with paper towels. (Potatoes MUST be dry otherwise they will wet the pizza shell.)
- Place the pizza shell onto the greased baking sheet and cover lightly with tomato sauce. Arrange the potatoes uniformly around the pizza and sprinkle with sauteed onions, chopped basil, rosemary, cheese, crushed red pepper and kalamata olives. Bake at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into 8 wedges and serve.

Steps:
- Oil a large bowl with 2 tablespoons oil, place pizza dough in bowl turning once, let warm to room temperature.
- In a 12 inch skillet on medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Remove casings from sausage links, break up meat into small pieces, and brown in skillet for 5 minutes.
- Add diced potatoes, stir, and cover, Cook for 12 minutes, stirring every 3 minures. Cover skillet between stirring.
- Prepare 15 1/2 inch by 10 1/2 inch rimmed baking pan by oiling pan with 2 tablespoons oil.
- with remaining oil, oil rolling pin, and surface for rolling dough.
- Divide dough in half and roll out to a 9 inch circle.
- spoon half of potato mixture onto half of circle. Drizzle 3 tablespoons marinara sauce on top.
- Fold other half of dough over, meeting edges. Roll and crimp edges to seal well. Cut 3 gashes on top of dough for steam vents.
- Repeat with other portion of pizza dough. Place calzones on prepared pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
- To serve, cut each calzone in half, serve with remaining marinara sauce.

- First, start caramelizing the onions: heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Place the onions in the skillet and let cook, without stirring, for 5-8 minutes, until the bottom sides have started to brown. Once the bottom sides have started to brown, reduce the heat to low and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the onions are thoroughly browned, about 20 minutes.
- After the onions have been cooking for about 15 minutes, start cooking the potatoes. Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in a separate skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add potatoes and cook, covered, until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Stir the Thousand Island dressing into the potatoes and stir gently to coat. Tear each slice of cheese into four pieces and place on top of the potatoes. Place the lid on the skillet and cook 1-2 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
- Top with caramelized onions and serve.

It's a pretty simple recipe, especially when using the refrigerated pizza crust. This pizza goes really well with a fresh green salad.

- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Unroll pizza dough onto an non greased baking sheet (10X15). Let dough sit at room temperature for 5 minutes. Press dough over bottom and up all 4 sides of the baking sheet. Bake pizza dough for 8-10 minutes or until light golden. Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes.
- Spread blue cheese dressing over the crust bottom, place already prepared potatoes over the dressing. Sprinkle the bacon pieces over the potatoes. Top with cheese.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

- Unroll dough, separate into four rectangles. Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Press over bottom and 1/2-inch up sides to form crust; press perforations and edges to seal.
