These lovely layers of cake and pudding are not just beautiful to look at, they're fun to eat, too. Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ white cake mix and strawberry frosting make a delectable flavor combination in this stellar dessert.

Ingredients

1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ white cake mix
1 1/4 cups water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 egg whites
1 container (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped strawberry mist frosting
12 plastic push-up pop containers
12 small fresh strawberries
12 sprigs fresh mint, if desired

Steps:

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
In large bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil and egg whites with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Fill muffin cups half full with batter. (Cover and refrigerate remaining batter until ready to bake; cool pan before reusing and spray again with cooking spray.)
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove cupcakes from pans to cooling racks; cool completely, about 15 minutes. (Repeat with remaining batter to make about 48 additional mini cupcakes. Freeze cupcakes for another use.)
Spoon frosting into decorating bag (fitted with desired tip) or resealable food-storage plastic bag (with small corner cut off). To assemble, drop 1 cupcake into each push-up pop container; pipe desired amount of frosting on cupcake. Top each with second cupcake; pipe with frosting. Garnish with strawberry and mint sprig.

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon onion salt or 1/2 teaspoon minced dried onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 teaspoon milk (optional)

Steps:

Cream together cream cheese and mayonaise. Add everything else but the milk and mix. Add enough milt for a pleasing consistancy.
Serve with a hearty potato chip.

1 cup frozen raspberries without syrup, thawed
3 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. orange juice
28 chewy fig-filled cookies

Steps:

Place cottage cheese, raspberries, honey and juice in electric blender or food processor container; cover. Blend until smooth.
Refrigerate until serving time. Serve as a dip with cookies.

Oh so pretty in pink, but may be tinted blue--or any color you wish!!! Great for baby showers, luncheons, pool or beach parties, luaus, etc. I like to serve the bowl of dip nestled in a bed of ice, alongside a carved watermelon-half filled with fresh pineapple chunks, melon balls, strawberries and grapes. From my son's friend Cindy G., who got the recipe from a caterer in upstate NY. Enjoy!

8 ounces marshmallow creme (comes in a jar, store bought is fine) or 8 ounces marshmallow cream (comes in a jar, store bought is fine)
3 drops red food coloring (or blue)

Steps:

Mix together the sour cream and the marshmallow creme (equal parts).
Blend in 3 drops of food coloring to make a pretty light pink color.
Keep refrigerated or on ice until ready to serve.
Serve with your favorite fresh fruit dippers.

20 thick pretzel sticks
1/3 cup pink decorator sugar

Steps:

In a bowl, microwave the chocolate chips at medium power for 10 seconds; stir. Repeat until melted and smooth.
Dip each pretzel halfway in the chocolate and hang off the side of a cooling rack (put foil down to catch the drips). Let the chocolate set slightly, about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the chocolate with decorating sugar and let set completely, about 2 hours (do not refrigerate).
