- Preheat air fryer to 400°. Place chips, flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and baking powder in a food processor; pulse until ground. Transfer to a shallow dish., Mix cornstarch and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt; toss with chicken. Toss chicken with potato chip mixture, pressing to coat., In batches, arrange chicken in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until golden brown, 3-4 minutes. Turn; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until golden brown and chicken is no longer pink, 3-4 minutes longer.

Steps:
- Smush the crisps into little bits.
- Cut the chicken breast into small bite sized chunks.
- One at a time, add a piece of chicken to the bag and shake it around a bit. Squeeze to help the the crisps stick to the chicken.
- Continue until you have either run out of chicken or crisps! (don't eat any leftover crisps that have come into contact with the raw chicken).
- Place the coated chicken onto a baking tray.
- Bake in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 12 minutes at 200°C/400°F
- Serve with ketchup, mayo or whatever you like!
- Enjoy!

PAULA DEEN'S CHICKEN NUGGETS
These look wonderful and easy because they're baked, not fried, and they get their flavor from sour-cream-and-onion-flavored potato chips. What an idea! Paula says to serve them with her Honey Mustard Sauce, which I have also posted. She also says that they can be frozen after baking.

- Spread the crushed potato chips in a shallow dish. Beat together the egg and milk in a shallow bowl. Dip the chicken cubes into the egg mixture and then dredge them in the chips.
- Place the chicken nuggets on a baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
