- Garnish with baby's breath dipped in brandied cherry syrup, dehydrated lime wheel, and clove-studded orange peel.

- Cinnamon Bark Simple Syrup:.
- Equal parts sugar and hot water by weight, infused with 4 crushed cinnamon sticks or bark for 30 minutes while hot, then strained.
- Pepita-Cinnamon Orgeat:.
- Toast 200 grams of pepitas for 3-4 minutes, then combine with 660 grams of hot water (not boiling) and pulse in high-speed blender until smooth.
- Strain and re-blend with 600 grams of white granulated sugar, a pinch of xanthan gum, and a pinch of gum Arabic.
- Combine equal parts by weight with Cinnamon Bark Simple Syrup.
- Directions:.
- Dry shake all ingredients (except Palo Cortado Sherry), then pour into tiki glass and top with pebble ice, and float sherry on top.
- Garnish with a carved orange wedge with cherry skewer atop a hand-crafted ice bowl dashed with peychaud's bitters.

- Egg Shell:.
- Carefully crack the egg 1/3 from the top to create a hole to release the yolk and whites into a bowl.
- Rinse off cracked egg shell and soak in a solution of 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar and 1 quart of warm water to sanitize.
- Rinse and peel out inner membrane of egg shell for garnish use.
- Cocktail Directions:.
- Shake ingredients in shaker with 1 Kold Draft ice cube for 3-5 minutes until ice has fully diluted into liquid (when you no longer hear the ice shaking around).
- Pour contents into chilled Collins glass, then top with tonic water and soda.
- Garnish carefully with cracked egg shell filled with star anise and dashes of bitters and absinthe, and light with match or lighter so it smokes gently.

- Spiced Corn Yogurt:.
- Bring 300 grams of raw corn kernels and 300 grams of water to a boil with 2 crushed cinnamon sticks and a teaspoon of cayenne pepper for 15 minutes, then combine with 300 grams of white granulated sugar.
- Cool mixture, then blend in high-speed blender and strain contents with a fine mesh strainer.
- Cayenne Tincture:.
- Infuse 1 cup of overproof vodka (150-proof or higher) with 3 tablespoons of ground cayenne pepper for 24 hours then fine strain through a coffee filter.
- Directions:.
- Whip ingredients (except Coffee Liqueurs) with pebble ice and pour into chilled Hurricane glass.
- Top with pebble ice and float Coffee Liqueurs on top.
- Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and dried corn husk.
