1 1/4 ounces tequila, blanco (Pueblo Viejo Blanco)
1/2 ounce liquor, Salers Aperitif
1/2 ounce rum, Clement Mahina Coconut Rhum
1/4 ounce giffard blue curacao
1/2 ounce pineapple juice
3/8 ounce lime juice
3/4 ounce pandan simple syrup, recipe below

Steps:

  • Pandan Simple Syrup:.
  • Steep 3 Pandan leaves in 1 liter of hot water for 30 minutes, then strain into equal parts granulated sugar by weight.
  • Directions:.
  • Blend ingredients with 2 cups of crushed ice.
  • Serve in a julep-style glass topped with shredded coconut, skull head ornament, and skeleton arm swizzle.

1 ounce horseradish-infused vida mezcal, recipe below
1/4 ounce liquor, Bak's Krupnik Liqueur
3/8 ounce cherry heering
2 ounces hot apple cider
2 ounces hot water
2 ounces fever tree ginger beer, at room temp

Steps:

  • Horseradish Mezcal:.
  • Infuse 1 liter of Vida Mezcal with 50 grams of sliced horseradish for 2 days, then strain.
  • Directions:.
  • Heat ingredients (except Ginger Beer) with portable water heater or microwave, then pour into hot toddy glass and top with Ginger Beer.
  • Garnish with baby's breath dipped in brandied cherry syrup, dehydrated lime wheel, and clove-studded orange peel.

1/2 ounce avua amburana cachaca
3/8 ounce cruzan blackstrap rum
3/8 ounce appleton estate signature rum
1/4 ounce pimento pepper, Hamilton Pimento Dram
1/2 ounce lustau palo cortado sherry wine
3/4 ounce lemon juice
3/4 ounce pepita-cinnamon orgeat syrup, recipe follows
1 barspoon pumpkin butter
1 dash bittermens xocatl mole bitters

Steps:

  • Cinnamon Bark Simple Syrup:.
  • Equal parts sugar and hot water by weight, infused with 4 crushed cinnamon sticks or bark for 30 minutes while hot, then strained.
  • Pepita-Cinnamon Orgeat:.
  • Toast 200 grams of pepitas for 3-4 minutes, then combine with 660 grams of hot water (not boiling) and pulse in high-speed blender until smooth.
  • Strain and re-blend with 600 grams of white granulated sugar, a pinch of xanthan gum, and a pinch of gum Arabic.
  • Combine equal parts by weight with Cinnamon Bark Simple Syrup.
  • Directions:.
  • Dry shake all ingredients (except Palo Cortado Sherry), then pour into tiki glass and top with pebble ice, and float sherry on top.
  • Garnish with a carved orange wedge with cherry skewer atop a hand-crafted ice bowl dashed with peychaud's bitters.

1 1/4 ounces linie aquavit
3/8 ounce giffard's rhubarb liqueur
1 ounce fruit, cordial Carrot-Sarsaparilla recipe below
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce heavy cream
3/4 ounce egg white
2 dashes absinthe into eggshells
2 dashes angostura bitters into eggshells
1 star anise inside eggshells
1 emptied eggshells
500 g hot water, infused with 3 tablespoons of dried sarsaparilla root for 30 minutes, then strained onto 500 grams o
1 ounce carrot juice
1/2 ounce sarsaparilla syrup

Steps:

  • Egg Shell:.
  • Carefully crack the egg 1/3 from the top to create a hole to release the yolk and whites into a bowl.
  • Rinse off cracked egg shell and soak in a solution of 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar and 1 quart of warm water to sanitize.
  • Rinse and peel out inner membrane of egg shell for garnish use.
  • Cocktail Directions:.
  • Shake ingredients in shaker with 1 Kold Draft ice cube for 3-5 minutes until ice has fully diluted into liquid (when you no longer hear the ice shaking around).
  • Pour contents into chilled Collins glass, then top with tonic water and soda.
  • Garnish carefully with cracked egg shell filled with star anise and dashes of bitters and absinthe, and light with match or lighter so it smokes gently.

1/4 ounce mr black coffee liqueur
1/4 ounce liquor, Caffe Amaro
1 1/2 ounces spiced corn yogurt, recipe follows
1/2 ounce lime juice
2 dashes cayenne, tincture recipe follows

Steps:

  • Spiced Corn Yogurt:.
  • Bring 300 grams of raw corn kernels and 300 grams of water to a boil with 2 crushed cinnamon sticks and a teaspoon of cayenne pepper for 15 minutes, then combine with 300 grams of white granulated sugar.
  • Cool mixture, then blend in high-speed blender and strain contents with a fine mesh strainer.
  • Cayenne Tincture:.
  • Infuse 1 cup of overproof vodka (150-proof or higher) with 3 tablespoons of ground cayenne pepper for 24 hours then fine strain through a coffee filter.
  • Directions:.
  • Whip ingredients (except Coffee Liqueurs) with pebble ice and pour into chilled Hurricane glass.
  • Top with pebble ice and float Coffee Liqueurs on top.
  • Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and dried corn husk.
