TOP 10 BEST PISCO COCKTAIL RECIPES TO MAKE AT HOME

From bespokeunit.com
  • Pisco Sour. This cocktail is so popular that when people refer to pisco itself, they’re usually talking about the pisco sour. In fact, it’s so iconic that it has been integrated in Latin American culture and there are many bars that specialise in pisco sours and their variants.
  • Pisco Punch. Another classic pisco cocktail, this one isn’t dissimilar to the pisco sour. However, it substitutes the egg white for pineapple. If you’re vegan or don’t want to use raw egg white, it’s a wonderfully fruity alternative.
  • Andean Dusk. This champagne cocktail is a great way to express pisco’s more vinous character. Indeed, it’s a refined and affluent drink but well worth sampling if you’re looking for an afternoon refreshment.
  • El Capitán. A simple martini cocktail that uses pisco instead of the usual choices like gin or vodka. You’ll need the following ingredients: 60 ml (2 Oz) Pisco.
  • Dulchin. Supposedly named after a New York hardware company heir who didn’t drink grain spirits and was bored of rum, the Dulchin is certainly a complex option.
  • Piscola. Barely even a cocktail, this simple mixer is actually a national celebration in Chile. Indeed, Chileans have been celebrating Piscola Day on February 8th since 2003!
  • Chilcano. Take a ginger ale piscola and make it fancy! Basically, that’s the Chilcano and it’s a very pleasantly refreshing drink indeed! You’ll need: 60 ml (2 Oz) Pisco.
  • Mosquito. A wonderfully appropriate pun, the mosquito is essentially a pisco mojito. Like the classic rum drink, it can be made in a pitcher or served individually.
  • Wisecrack Fizz. This one’s a little different from other pisco cocktails. It’s a tall elderflower-infused grapefruit drink that’s wonderfully refreshing for summer days under the sun.
  • Sacred Valley. Now here’s one with character! If you’re fond of smoky whisky and fruit-forward flavours, our last cocktail is one that you must absolutely try!
