PINK LEMONADE FRUIT DIP
This dip always goes fast whenever I make it. It's fat free, very low in sugar, and delicious! It's intended for fruit, but people love it so much, they tend to dip everything else into it also!

Steps:
- Beat the cream cheese and lemonade mix together until smooth and combined.
- Beat in 1/2 cup of the Cool Whip to combine.
- Fold in the remaining 1 cup of Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with fruit slices!

- 1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and drink mix until smooth. Beat in 1/2 cup whipped topping. Fold in remaining whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with apples.
- 2. *** MAy use other flavor drink mix such as raspberry lemonade crystal light mix
- 3. *****Nutritional Facts 1/2 apple with 3 tablespoons dip equals 90 calories, 1 g fat (trace saturated fat), 2 mg cholesterol, 113 mg sodium, 18 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 3 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 fruit, 1/2 starch.

PINK LEMONADE

Steps:
- Place all the ingredients in a large saucepan and pour over 350ml cold water. Bring to the boil, stirring often, then leave to cool. Pour through a sieve, pressing down with a spoon to extract all the juices. The syrup can now be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week. To serve, pour a little into a glass and top up with sparkling or still water, ice and mint.
