PINK ICE CHRISTMAS CANDY

Steps:

• 1. Crush the mint.
• 2. melt white chocolate squares in mirowave i min or until just melted [dont over cook]
• 3. Stir in crushed star mints,food coloring and pepermint extract.
• 4. Spread on wax paper let harden,Brake into pieces.

PINK ICING COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a cookie sheet.
• In a large bowl, cream the margarine and sugar together. Add the eggs one at a time, mix well. Stir in the milk and vanilla. Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder; stir into the creamed mixture until everything is well blended. Drop cookie dough by heaping spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
• Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. The tops of the cookies should spring back to the touch like a cake. Cool on wire racks before frosting.

PINK CHOCOLATE POMEGRANATE CANDIES

Steps:

• Spray the ice cube tray with cooking spray.
• Put 2-3 pomegranate seeds in the bottom of each tray to serve as the topping.
• Melt pink chocolate candy melts and pour about 2 tablespoons into each tray. Tilt the entire tray in all directions to coat the sides. Place in freezer to set.
• Put 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds in each tray, then cover with remaining melted pink chocolate. Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour until set.
