1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons orange juice
⅛ teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)

Steps:

  • Toss watermelon, pineapple, onion, cilantro, orange juice, and hot pepper sauce together in a bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1 peach, cut in chunks
3/4 cup pineapple chunk, frozen
colored crystal sugar
peach, wedges

Steps:

  • Freeze peach chunks.
  • Blend together pineapple juice, lemon juice, water, sugar and yogurt.
  • Add frozen pineapple and peach chunks, blend until smooth.
  • Wet rims of 2 martini glasses and dip in coloured sugar; garnish with peach wedge and serve!
