1-1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups ice cubes
2 cans (8 ounces each) unsweetened crushed pineapple
1/4 cup sugar

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.

¼ honeydew melon - peeled, seeded and cubed
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

In a blender, combine cantaloupe, honeydew, lime juice and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

1 ounce orange flavored yogurt
1 cup lemon-lime sherbet
8 frozen strawberries

Mix all liquid ingredients first: cantaloupe, orange yogurt, milk.
Mix for 30 seconds then add frozen ingredients: frozen banana, lemon-lime sherbet, strawberries.
Smooth until thick.

Blitz the pineapple in a blender with the banana, lime juice and 50ml cold water until smooth.
Fill a tall glass with ice, if you like, pour over the smoothie and serve immediately.
