Pineapple Gin Punch Recipes

PINEAPPLE AND GIN

Steps:

• Combine 3 cups pineapple pieces, frozen + 6 ounces gin + 2 ounces simple syrup + 1 ounce fresh lime juice + 1 ounce pineapple juice + 2 cups ice optional garnish: Pineapple wedges and mint sprigs

PINEAPPLE PUNCH

Steps:

• In a large bowl, dissolve sugar in water. Add juices. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled. Just before serving, stir in soda.

PINEAPPLE GIN PUNCH

Steps:

• Combine the pineapple juice, lemon juice, gin, orange liqueur and allspice in a pitcher filled with ice. Stir to combine. Pour into ice-filled highball glasses, top with champagne and garnish each with a lemon twist.

GINGER PINEAPPLE SPARKLING PUNCH

Steps:

• Make ginger syrup:
• Bring water, sugar, and ginger to a boil in a 1- to 1 1/2-quart saucepan, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes, then remove from heat and steep, uncovered, 15 minutes. Pour syrup through a sieve into a bowl, discarding ginger. Chill, covered, until cold, about 2 hours.
• Make punch:
• Stir together ginger syrup and fruit juices in a punch bowl or pitcher. Stir in sparkling water and ice.
