PEANUT BUTTER RAISIN BRAN COOKIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix butter, peanut butter, sugars and egg until blended. Stir in flour, baking soda and baking powder. Stir in cereal.
• On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
• Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet.

SWEET AND NUTTY RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS

Steps:

• Sift together dry ingredients except for the cereal.
• Mix applesauce, sugar, & syrup together.
• Add the flour mixture to the syrup mixture.
• Next add cereal.
• Last fold in the egg whites.
• Spoon batter into a lightly greased or sprayed muffin pan (12 count muffin tin).
• Mix together the sugar and the pecans.
• Sprinkle topping on to the batter.
• Bake muffins in a 400° preheated oven for 15- 20 minutes.
• Let cool or serve hot with sweet Honey Butter, or just plain, their great!

PEANUTTY RAISIN BRAN SNACKS

Steps:

• 1. In large-size mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Stir in apple juice and cereal.2. Measure 1 tablespoon of mixture and shape into a ball. If desired, roll in chopped nuts. Store in refrigerator. Serve chilled.NOTE: Peanutty Raisin Bran mixture can be used as a vegetable or fruit spread. Top celery sticks or apple slices with 1 tablespoon of mixture. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
