TWO-INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
There's no need to go through the complicated candy-making process to enjoy homemade fudge anymore! This fudge recipe uses just a can of peanut butter and a can of frosting to make a fudge-like treat in a snap.

- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with foil, allowing foil to extend over edges of pan. Coat foil with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium microwave-safe bowl place peanut butter and frosting. Microwave on 100% power (high) for 45 to 60 seconds or until softened, stirring once. Stir until smooth. Spoon into prepared pan. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Use foil to lift uncut fudge from pan. Cut into 1-inch pieces. To store, place in an airtight container. Chill up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 2 months.

- Place the peanut butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- When the peanut butter becomes liquidy, add the condensed milk and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a square mold lined with parchment paper and level the surface.
- Put it in the fridge for a few hours.
- When it hardens, cut it into squares and sprinkle with pieces of sea salt if desired. Enjoy!

- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with plastic wrap long enough to overhang the dish by several inches on each side.
- Place broken coating into a large glass microwave-safe bowl and melt on low power in microwave oven, about 5 minutes, stirring after every 30 seconds to 1 minute. When coating is smooth and creamy, stir peanut butter into coating until fudge is thoroughly combined. Spread fudge into the prepared baking dish.
- Refrigerate fudge until set, 1 to 2 hours. Lift fudge out of the pan using the plastic wrap for handles and slice into squares with a pizza cutter.

- LINE AN 8X8" BAKING PAN WITH ALUMINUM FOIL, WITH 3-4" OF FOIL HANGING OFF EITHER SIDE. AND SET ASIDE.
- PLACE THE ALMOND BARK, BROKEN INTO LARGE CHUNKS, INTO A LARGE MICROWAVABLE-SAFE BOWL. MELT BARK ON HIGH FOR 60 SECONDS, THEN STIR. MELT FOR ANOTHER 60 SECONDS AND STIR.
- CONTINUE TO DO THIS AT 30 SECOND INTERVALS UNTIL BARK IS SMOOTH AND COMPLETELY MELTED (IT TOOK ME ABOUT 3 MINUTES TOTAL, BUT IT WILL DEPEND ON YOUR MICROWAVE).
- SCOOP THE ENTIRE CONTAINER OF PEANUT BUTTER INTO THE BOWL OF MELTED BARK AND STIR UNTIL PEANUT BUTTER IS COMPLETELY INCORPORATED AND MIXTURE IS SMOOTH. POUR MIXTURE INTO PREPARED PAN AND PLACE IN THE FRIDGE FOR 1-2 HOURS OR UNTIL SET.
- REMOVE FUDGE FROM FRIDGE AND USING THE ALUMINUM FOIL HANGING OVER EACH EDGE, LIFT THE FUDGE OUT OF THE PAN.
