Peach Jell O Pudding Cake Recipes
PEACH PUDDING CAKE

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass baking dish with vegetable oil spray.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl.
- Using electric mixer, beat butter in large bowl until smooth.
- Gradually beat in sugar.
- Beat in vanilla, then eggs, one at a time, incorporating well after each addition.
- Using low speed, beat in flour mixture alternately with buttermilk in three additions each, beating well between each addition.
- Transfer batter to baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Arrange peach slices over batter, overlapping slightly as needed.
- Mix together 1 teaspoon cinnamon with 1 tablespoon sugar and sprinkle over top of peches.
- Spray sheet of foil with vegetable oil spray; cover cake with foil (spray side down), and seal at edges.
- Bake 45 minutes.
- Remove foil (some cake may stick).
- Bake until top is golden; edges are crusty, and tester inserted into center comes out clean, about 40 minutes longer.
- Cool 1 hour.
- Serve warm with whipped cream.

PEACH JELL-O PUDDING CAKE
Steps:
- Spray bottom & sides of your glass baking dish. Pour your large can of peaches in the bottom (juice and all).
- On top of that, spread a box of dry Jell-O over that. Then sprinkle a box of dry cake mix over top of that. Slice a stick of margarine over the entire dry cake mix. Pour the 1 & 1/2 cups of water gently over the cake mix.
- Put in 350°F oven and bake for approximately 1 hour. Check it and if it is still not done in the middle, let cook a little longer depending on hot your oven gets (mine usually takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes). Sometimes, at an hour, when I check mine, some of the cake mix has not gotten moistened & I will take a spoon & push it on down in the liquid so that it will cook more.

- In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin powder in hot milk; set aside. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat cold milk and dry pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes. beat in gelatin mixture. Let stand for 5 minutes. Spoon into individual dishes. Garnish with peaches and whipped topping if desired.

JELL-O® POKE CAKE
An old Southern recipe passed down through my grandmother. You can vary the flavor of gelatin used in order to get a specific color for any holiday, e.g. lime for St. Patrick's day. You can top this cake with berries, sprinkles, or any topping of your choice.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Combine cake mix, water, eggs, and oil in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer on low speed until moistened. Increase speed to medium and beat for 2 minutes. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 24 to 29 minutes. Let cool completely, at least 30 minutes.
- Pour cold water into a bowl. Sprinkle gelatin mix on top. Let stand until softened, about 1 minute. Add boiling water and stir constantly until granules are completely dissolved.
- Poke holes all over the cake using a fork. Pour gelatin mix into the holes. Refrigerate cake until gelatin is set, up to 6 hours.
- Spread whipped topping over cake.
