This sparkling sangrÃa uses white wine instead of red, to better partner the vibrant peaches and oranges. Lemons and cherries may be added too, for an additional splash of color. A bit more potent than its sweet taste suggests, this sangria should be savored slowly

- In a large serving bowl, combine all the ingredients except the orange soda and ginger ale and mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
- Immediately before serving, mix in the orange soda and ginger ale. Serve over Ice.

- To a pitcher, add the sliced peaches, Riesling and orange liqueur. Chill and infuse for 1 hour. Pour into glasses and top with some club soda. Serve!
PERFECT PEACH WHITE SANGRIA
I started with Bobby Flay's Peach Sangria recipe, and made it a little better, I think, and easier! My husband, who doesn't even like white wine, loves this.

- Pour white wine, peach nectar, triple sec, orange juice, pineapple juice, and peach schnapps into a 2-quart pitcher and stir to mix. Chill for 3 to 4 hours, if possible.
- Pour over ice in tall glasses and top with club soda. Garnish with fresh peach slices and pineapple.
