Steps:
- Fill a glass with ice. Squeeze the juice from 1/2 a lime over the ice. Add a shot of tequila and top off with grapefruit soda. (If you prefer it less sweet, top off with a blend of grapefruit soda and club soda or sparkling water).

- In a highball glass filled with ice, combine salt, tequila and lime juice. Top with soda. Garnish with lime.

PALOMA FLACA SKINNY MARGARITA
Steps:
- Using a paring knife, split the vanilla bean down the center and place in a small saucepot with the orange and grapefruit juice. Bring to a boil, and then cool immediately.
- When cool, put into a large pitcher and add the tequila, lime juice and agave. Mix well to combine all the ingredients. Add some ice, and then pour into 4 cocktail glasses. Garnish with lime discs. Enjoy.
