EASY, NO-BAKE NUTELLA® PIE
I had a graham cracker crust and a jar of Nutella® to use up, and this recipe was born. This pie takes literally 5 minutes to make and is similar to a fluffy chocolate mousse pie, but with a flavor twist. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Spread 1/4 cup of the hazelnut spread over the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
- Beat remaining hazelnut spread and cream cheese together in a bowl until smooth. Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture; pour into the pie crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate until well chilled, 4 hours to overnight.

No Bake! Perfect amount of oreo taste for when you want a dessert that is slightly more than milk and cookies. Cooking time is to set in refrigerator.

Steps:
- 1. Make Oreo crumbs using a food processor.
- 2. Add crumbs and melted butter in pie plate, pressing down with a spoon.
- 3. Blend all remaining ingredients using mixer and pour into pie crust.
- 4. Refrigerate until set (about 2 hours) and enjoy!

- To make the crust combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into a lightly greased deep-dish pie dish. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely before filling.
- To make the cream cheese filling beat together the cream cheese and sugar. Using a rubber spatula fold in the cool whip. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Reserve the rest for topping the pie. Refrigerate the pie while you prepare the next layer.
- To make the Nutella mousse beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Set aside. In a small microwavable bowl, microwave the chocolate chips, stirring every 20 seconds until melted. Stir in the Nutella. Add the chocolate mixture to the cream cheese mixture and mix to combine. In another large mixing bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks are formed. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate cream cheese mixture gently with a rubber spatula. It will take a few minutes to completely come together, there should be no streaks remaining. Spread the mousse on top of the cream cheese filling in the pie crust.
- To make the Ganache heat the heavy cream on the stovetop or in the microwave just until a low boil. Pour over chocolate chips and stir until the chocolate is melted. Let stand 5 minutes to cool slightly. Drizzle over the pie.

- Press into an even layer into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Place in the freezer while you prepare the filling
- In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle or whisk attachment affixed (or in a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer), add the heavy cream. Start on low and gradually increase speed until soft peaks form, about 3-4 minutes. Stop the mixer and add in the Nutella. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form, another 2-3 minutes. Scrape bottom and sides of the bowl and whip again to ensure all has been evenly incorporated
- Spread the nutella whipped cream on top of the cold crust. Freeze for about 2 hours or overnight. Remove from the freezer about 10 minutes before serving. Cut into slices and serve with whipped cream and crushed oreos, if desired
