- Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and butter in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Add milk and vanilla pudding mix and beat until well combined and all lumps are gone. Fold in whipped topping.
- Distribute 1/2 of the chocolate sandwich cookies on the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish. Cover with the pudding mixture and top with remaining cookie chunks. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight.

- Combine 2 cups cookie crumbs with melted butter and sugar. Press onto the bottom of a 13x9-in. dish. Freeze for 15 minutes., Spread ice cream over crumbs; freeze until firm, about 3 hours., In a small saucepan, combine confectioners' sugar, chocolate chips, cubed butter and evaporated milk. - Crush enough oreos for a layer in a casserole dish.
- Slice ice cream (1/2 inch) and layer over oreos.
- Next spread a layer of fudge topping (spreads easier if it is a little warm).
- Spread layer of cool whip.
- Sprinkle more crushed oreos over the top.
- Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Serve and watch it dissappear!

Steps:
- Mix crushed cookies and butter in medium bowl.
- Press firmly onto bottom of 13 by 9 in baking dish.
- Refrigerate 10 minute.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and 2 tbsp of milk in medium bowl with wire whisk until blended well.
- Gently stir in 1 1/4 cups of whipped toppping.
- Spread over crust.
- Pour 3 1/4 cups milk into large bowl.
- Add pudding mixes and beat with a wire whisk for 2 minute.
- Pour over cream cheese layer.
- Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened.
- Drop remaining whipped topping by spoonfuls over pudding spread to cover pudding.
- Top with crushed candy, chocolate, cookies, or your topping of choice.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
