1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1-3/4 cups hot orange juice (150°)
3/4 cup whipped topping

Steps:

In a bowl, combine gelatin, sugar, and salt; add orange juice and stir until gelatin dissolves. Chill until slightly thickened, about 1-1/2 hours. Beat on low speed until light and fluffy. Spoon into dessert dishes; chill until firm. Top with a dollop of whipped topping.

1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons thawed orange juice concentrate
2 cups whipped topping

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine the oranges, yogurt and orange juice concentrate. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into serving dishes. Cover and freeze until firm. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.

1/2 teaspoon grated fresh orange peel

Steps:

In large bowl, beat whipping cream and powdered sugar with electric mixer on medium speed about 1 minute or until cream begins to thicken, then on high speed until stiff peaks form.
Fold in orange juice and 1/2 teaspoon orange peel. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with additional orange peel.
