Ingredients

1 can (12 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 liters lemon-lime soda, chilled
1 can (46 ounces) pineapple juice, chilled
1 quart orange or pineapple sherbet

Steps:

Prepare orange juice according to package directions; pour into a punch bowl. Stir in soda and pineapple juice. Top with scoops of sherbet. Serve immediately.

1/2 gal orange sherbet, softened
1/2 gal vanilla ice cream, softened
2 l 7-up or sprite soda
2 can(s) cream soda

Steps:

1. Pour 2 Liters of Sprite or 7-Up into a large punch bowl. Scoop softened sherbet and vanilla ice cream into the bowl. Add 2 cans of cream soda and stir.
2. I got this recipe from: welovetherecipes.blogspot.com, but it seems it no longer exists. However, I do want to give credit where credit is due!

2-1/2 cups orange juice
1 cup half-and-half cream
3/4 cup superfine sugar
2 bottles (750 milliliters each) champagne or other sparkling wine
Optional: fresh strawberries or orange slices

Steps:

Place the first 4 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until sugar is dissolved. Transfer to an 8-in. square dish; freeze, covered, 6 hours or overnight., To serve, place 1/4 cup orange mixture in each champagne glass. Top with champagne.
