ANGIE'S TO-DIE-FOR BANANA BREAD
A not too sweet, super-moist, deep golden brown, dense banana bread with a crispy sugary crust right out of the oven. It is enjoyed at our home hot with butter, and eaten like cake with a fork. The kids don't let it make it to Day 2, so if you love it like we do, get it while it's hot! You'll never make another banana bread recipe again!

MY AUNT'S BANANA BREAD
I got this recipe from one of my aunts, who got it from an old woman she met in Hawaii while stationed there. It is hands-down the very best banana bread I've ever tasted!! No extra buttering required ;)

AUNT CARRIE'S BANANA BREAD
This not "just another" banana bread. I've made it time and time again throughout the years. It's from an old and yellowed recipe clipping (50 plus years old) from my local newspaper that my great aunt had written her own success notes beside. My aunt was a caterer, and she writes that this banana bread was her most requested treat for her teas and luncheons.

Add the coconut milk and then simmer over low/medium heat until the tapioca is cooked, about 15 minutes. Stir frequently. Finally, taste the suafa'i. If you like a little more sweetness, then add sugar to taste. Remove from the heat, leave for about 30 minutes to cool and then serve in a bowl or cup. You can also cool suafa'i completely, and refrigerate it. Once cooled, serve it as a snack or dessert.
