A cool, creamy and thick orange dream smoothie that's so delicious and packed with protein!

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (the brand that I used contains 100 calories per scoop)
1 teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almondmilk (Original or Vanilla flavor)
¾ cup freshly-squeezed orange juice (from about 2 large navel oranges)
1 teaspoon orange zest
1-2 cups ice

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to blender and combine!

From Wendy Chant's "Crack the Fat Loss Code". This is great! I use Body Fortress brand whey protein powder. It has 23g protein and only 1g sugar, 110 cals and 1g carb. The recipe says oranges, but it wont accept orange flavored Crystal Light.
