- Heat & Cook: Heat oil in skillet and cook chicken thoroughly, 4 minutes; adding garlic during last 30 seconds. Remove from skillet; set aside.
- Prepare Knorr: Empty package contents into same skillet and prepare rice according to package directions.
- Stir & Sprinkle: Stir in cooked chicken, garlic and tomatoes. Sprinkle with mozzarella and basil.

CREAMY CHICKEN ONE-POT PASTA

- In 5-quart Dutch oven, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink in center. Using slotted spoon, transfer to bowl; cover and keep warm. Add bell pepper, green onion whites, pepper and salt to butter and drippings in pan; cook over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until softened.
- Stir in broth and whipping cream; heat to boiling. Stir in pasta; return to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 12 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in frozen peas and chicken; stir 3 to 4 minutes or until pasta is cooked to desired tenderness and sauce is thickened.
- Remove from heat; stir in cheese until melted and smooth. Top with green onion greens.

My friend Joanne brought this yummy appetizer to a New Year's Eve party and it was so good I just had to get the recipe! She was kind enough to share it will me, and I am sharing it with you :)

Steps:
- Cut bread in 1 inch slices and butter the bottom of each.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together.
- Put 1 tsp or so of mixture on each slice and place on baking pan.
- Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until melted and the bread is crispy but not like hockey pucks.
- Serve immediately.

- Heat oil in dutch oven. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then brown a few minutes without stirring. Brown a couple minutes more then transfer to a plate.
- Add chicken stock, chopped tomatoes, sliced garlic, linguine pasta (may need to break in half to fit into the pot), and all the herbs and spices through the salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
- As soon as the liquid is boiling, add the chicken and stir, then lower heat to medium-low and simmer for 8-10 minutes, until the pasta is al dente and the chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally so the pasta cooks evenly and doesn't get stuck to the bottom of the pot. If necessary, add additional liquid 1/2 cup at a time if it looks like the pasta is drying out too much.
- There should still be a decent amount of liquid left in the pot after 8-10 minutes, but it will continue to be absorbed and create a delicious sauce so never fear.
