Unscrewing the Cup. Unscrew the cup where you keep your ingredients to be blended. Be careful while doing this. If your blender is still turned on and has already started mixing, there’s a chance that you might get hurt.
Removing the Lid: If your blender is still on, then unplug it immediately. It’s not safe to stick your hand inside the cup with blades whirring around, so use all necessary precautions to protect yourself before you proceed.
Pouring Out Contents. If your ingredients are already blended, pour out the contents. If you find there are still some pieces of nuts or seeds stuck at the bottom that you cannot get rid of using a spoon or fork, it’s okay to use your hand to scoop them out.
Washing the Cup. Use a sponge and dish detergent to wash away any traces of food from the cup, blades, or lid. Do not immerse any parts of your blender in water as it might cause damage to the electronic components.
Use Hot Water. If your blender is still on, unplug it immediately. Proceed to make some hot water, pour the content into the cup, and then screw back the lid.
