No Crust Pepperoni Pizza image

Low carb and great alternative to all that crust that comes on pizza. Nothing but the good stuff here. You can add whatever toppings that you want.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 c mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 pkg pepperoni
1/2 tsp each oregano and basil
1/2 c warm pizza sauce
2 Tbsp shredded parmigiano reggiano

Steps:

  • 1. In a non stick skillet arrange mozzarella cheese in a even layer.
  • 2. Top with pepperoni and sprinkle with oregano and basil.
  • 3. Place over medium heat and cook until cheese is melted and bubbling and the edges are browned. Remove from heat and let cool a bit so the cheese sets.
  • 4. Serve with warm pizza sauce sprinkled with parm

1 cup KRAFT Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese Expertly Paired for Pizza
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni, quartered
1/8 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Pile cheese into 16 mounds, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheets; flatten slightly.
  • Top with pepperoni, then sprinkle with oregano.
  • Bake 5 to 6 min. or until edges are golden brown.
  • Cool on baking sheets 5 min. Transfer to paper towel-covered wire racks; drain.
  • Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
