NO-CRUST STRAWBERRY PIE RECIPE
This No-Crust Strawberry Pie is so easy to make, and perfect for taking along on Summer picnics or potlucks!

Steps:
- Wash and hull strawberries, then set 1/2 cup of berries aside for topping when serving.
- Spread out remaining strawberries in a 10-inch pie pan.
- Add Water, Gelatin Mix and Pudding Mix to Medium saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
- After mixture has boiled, pour over strawberries in pan, and transfer to refrigerator. Allow pie to chill for 5 hours prior to serving.
- When ready to serve, top with light whipped topping, and fresh strawberries on top. light or low-fat frozen whipped topping, and top with a few fresh strawberries if desired!
NO CRUST STRAWBERRY PIE
This is a low calorie, no crust strawberry pie. It is made with sugar-free strawberry flavored gelatin and sugar-free vanilla pudding. It is very good! I've had the recipe for years, and to be honest, I don't remember where I got it. Garnish with light whipped topping if you like.

- In mixing bowl, mix boiling water and Jello for about 2 minutes until dissolved.
- In a measuring cup, combine ice cubes and water to measure 1 cup.
- Stir into Jello mixture til ice is melted.
- Add Cool Whip and whisk until smooth.
- Put mixing bowl in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to allow mixture to thicken.
- Spoon filling into crust.

Adaptation from a weight watchers recipe I found on the internet. Without the crust I think it is 4-5 points for the entire pie. For that, just make the mixture and pour it into an empty pie pan and chill until set.

- Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
