BEST BLONDIES RECIPE
A brown sugar blondie made with everything but the kitchen sink! Every kind of mix-in you have leftover in your kitchen goes in. Feel free to customize to what you have on hand!

- Adjust oven rack to middle position; heat oven to 350° F. Grease with cooking spray or line a 13 by 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together in medium bowl; set aside.
- Melt the butter over medium heat and allow to cool slightly. Whisk melted butter and sugar together in medium bowl until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Using rubber spatula, fold dry ingredients into egg mixture until just combined; do not overmix. Fold in the assortment of mix-ins and turn batter into prepared pan, smoothing top with rubber spatula.
- Bake until top is shiny, cracked, and light golden brown, 22 to 25 minutes; do not overbake. Cool on wire rack to room temperature. Remove bars from pan by lifting foil overhang and transfer to cutting board. Cut into 12 large or 16 small(ish) bars and serve.

NO-COCOA BLONDE BROWNIE SQUARES
Golden brownies with pure brown sugar, butter and vanilla for a caramelesque, butterscotchy flavor. A super treat to tuck into lunch bags. Taken from the verybestbaking.com website. *Note: The recipe states 36 brownies, however, my yield was 48. These are really good! Also, for ease of removal, I lined my jelly roll pan with wax paper, and sprayed with Pam.*

- Preheat oven to 350° F; grease 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl.
- Beat sugar and butter in large mixer bowl until creamy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract; gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Stir in morsels; spread into prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
- Cool in pan on wire rack.

- First preheat the oven to 350F, then grease and line an 8X8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and set it in a wide pot of almost simmering water. Stir it frequently until the mixture is melted and smooth. Remove the bowl from the heat and add in the butter and the light brown sugar. whisk until completely combined and set aside.
- In a medium bowl or in your stand mixer bowl, add in the eggs, granulated sugar, salt, and vanilla extract and beat either with a handheld mixer of stand mixer until the eggs are thick and lighter in color.
