Steps:
- Melt butter in heavy medium skillet over high heat. Add garlic, rosemary and cayenne pepper and stir 30 seconds. Add wine and Worcestershire sauce and boil until liquid is reduced by half, about 5 minutes. Add shrimp to sauce. Simmer until shrimp are just opaque in center, about 3 minutes for peeled or 5 minutes for unpeeled. Serve shrimp with toast.

Steps:
- Combine mix and store in glass jar, tightly sealed.
- In heavy skillet over high heat combine 4 oz.
- butter,garlic, worcestershire and seasoning mix.
- When butter is melted, add shrimp.
- Cook for 2 minutes, shaking pan back and forth.
- DON'T STIR!
- Add remaining butter, stock and beer.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, shaking the pan.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve immediately in bowl with lots of french bread to soak up the sauce.
- *Shaking the pan in a back and forth motion, along with the additional of the stock helps keep the sauce from separating and having an oil texture.
- Stirring doesn't do the same.
REAL NEW ORLEANS STYLE BBQ SHRIMP
This is one of my husband's favorite dishes. It isn't exactly healthy, but it is fabulous. It is a common dish in Louisiana. This recipe feeds a lot of people. You can cut it in half for a family dinner.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in as many baking dishes as you need. Set aside.
- Melt 1/2 cup of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, celery, parsley, Creole seasoning and rosemary. Cook and stir for a few minutes, until onion is tender. Add the rest of the butter and cook until melted over low heat. Stir in the pepper, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Pour this mixture over the shrimp so that the shrimp are completely submerged.
- Bake in the preheated oven until shrimp are pink, 15 to 20 minutes.

- 1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
- 2. In a large ovenproof skillet over low heat, melt the butter with the olive oil.
- 3. Add the Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
- 4. Add salt, black and cayenne peppers, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary, oregano, hot sauce, and lemon slices.
- 5. Add the shrimp. Stir to coat well with the sauce. Place in the oven and bake.
- 6. Baste with the sauce, occasionally, for 20 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and the tails are slightly curved.
- 7. Remove the skillet from the oven. Remove the bay leaf from the sauce.
- 8. Spoon the shrimp and sauce into bowls. Serve with crusty baguettes or hot French bread for dipping in the sauce.

- Set pasta to boil in a large pot according to package directions.
- In a large skillet, saute garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add shrimp, bay leaves, oregano, rosemary and chili pepper. Stir to coat. Add wine, vinegar and lemon juice. Stir and cover. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque and garlic is soft -- about 5 minutes.
- When pasta is ready, toss with remaining T olive oil in a large serving dish.
- Pour shrimp and sauce over pasta. Serve with parmesan.
