Steps:
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, grill the bratwursts 4 to 5 min. or until lightly browned and heated through, turning occasionally.
- Add A.1. to onions; mix well.
- Top tortillas with Singles pieces, bratwursts and onions; roll up.

My brother's friend George threw this one together on a camping trip and we picked his brain as to exactly how he did it. I've made it both at home and on the campfire and every time it's easy, delicious, and satisfying.

Steps:
- Saute pork in a hot cast iron Dutch oven until seared and slightly cooked.
- Add chopped vegetables, cover, and cook until tender.
- (At this point the entire contents could be added to a crockpot and cooked on high) Add beer, teryaki sauce, hot sauce, citrus juices, and salt and pepper and cook, covered, on or near some hot coals (or in a 350 degree oven) for 2-3 hours or until pork is almost falling apart.
- Good served in a bowl over white rice or mashed potatoes.

BRATWURST WRAPS
Steps:
- Empty beer into large pot and bring to boil.
- Add bratwurst and boil for at least 5 minutes
- Remove bratwurst and allow to cool enough to handle. Split bratwurst lengthwise (optional). Place bratwurst on grill until done to your liking.
- Place 1 bratwurst in burrito wrapper, add kraut, mustard and smoked Swiss to taste. Fold burrito wrapper to enclose filling and place on grill until toasted, flip to toast both sides.

- Place the bratwurst and beer in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow the bratwurst to cool in the beer.TO MAKE THE SAUERKRAUT: In a large sauté pan over medium heat, cook the onion in the vegetable oil, stirring occasionally, until browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Add the sauerkraut, sugar, salt, and red pepper flakes and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes more to blend the flavors. Set aside.Remove the bratwurst from the beer and grill them over Direct Medium heat until browned, 6 to 8 minutes, turning once halfway through grilling time.TO ASSEMBLE THE WRAPS: Halve each bratwurst lengthwise. Place about a quarter of the sauerkraut down the center of each tortilla and lay two brat halves on top. Spread 1 tablespoon of the mustard on each bratwurst and add a slice of the cheese. Fold two sides of the tortilla over the cheese, then fold the top and bottom to close. - Place bratwurst and beer in medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

- Place sauerkraut down the center of each tortilla.

- Fold two sides of tortilla over cheese and remaining bottom and top halves of tortilla to close.
- Place tortilla wraps flap side down on grill.
- Grill 3- 4 minutes or until browned and heated through, turning once halfway through grilling time.
