Steps:
- Place cinnamon sticks and cloves in medium saucepan. Add water; bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove and discard spices.
- Add hot water to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 to 3 min. or until completely dissolved. Stir in wine.
- Pour into 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Cut into 48 JIGGLERS to serve.

- In a large saucepan, combine the first 6 ingredients. Place remaining spices on a double thickness of cheesecloth. Gather corners of cloth to enclose spices; tie securely with string. Place in pan., Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; simmer gently, covered, 20 minutes. Transfer to a covered container; cool slightly. Refrigerate, covered, overnight., Strain wine mixture into a large saucepan, discarding fruit and spice bag; reheat. Serve warm. Garnish as desired.

- In a small saucepan, combine wine, orange peel, juice, cinnamon stick and cloves; bring just to a simmer (do not boil) over medium-low heat. Reduce heat; simmer gently, uncovered, 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Let stand 1 hour., Line a 9x5-in. loaf pan with foil; coat foil with cooking spray. Strain wine mixture, discarding orange peel and spices. Return mulled wine to saucepan; stir in pectin and baking soda. Heat over medium-high heat., Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup; bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Stir in wine mixture. Continue to boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; skim off foam, if necessary. Immediately pour into prepared pan. Let stand until set, about 5 hours or overnight., For coating, sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar over a 14x12-in. sheet of parchment. Invert candy onto sugar. With a knife dipped in warm water, cut candy into 1-in. squares; coat with remaining sugar., Transfer candies to a wire rack. Let stand, uncovered, at room temperature overnight. Store in airtight containers up to 1 week.

This a great recipe to make with kids and for kids. I sent these along with my daughter for her Valentine's Day party. There are many students with allergies, such as milk, wheat, and nuts, and this was a treat they could all enjoy! Cook time is chill time.

Steps:
- Stir boiling water into gelatin.
- (Can be done right in the pan.) Dissolve completely.
- (Very Important!) Lightly spray a 13 x9 inch pan with cooking spray Pour mixture into pan Chill at least 3 hours.
- Jigglers should be firm after 1 hour.
- To cut Jigglers dip bottom of pan in warm water for 15 seconds to loosen the gelatin.
- Cut shapes with cookie cutters all the way through the gelatin.
- Lift from the pan with index finger or metal spatula.
