QUICK TARTAR SAUCE
This classic tartar sauce recipe is so quick and easy to make, you'll never go back to the store bought bottle again! This tartar sauce recipe is amazing when paired with fish sticks or breaded fish fillets.

- In a food processor, puree the onion and relish. In a medium bowl, combine the pureed onion and relish with the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, until needed. You can store this sauce in a sealed container or squeeze bottle. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

TASTES LIKE MC DONALD'S TARTAR SAUCE - COPYCAT
I make this every time we have fish sandwiches. It tastes just like Mc Donald's so if you love their fish sandwiches you'll enjoy this. Another great copycat from Todd Wilbur.

Steps:
- Combine mayonnaise, sweet relish, minced onion, and salt in a small bowl.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Chill for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
- Remove from fridge about 10 minutes before serving and stir well.
- Tip; If making sandwiches, add even more Mc Donald's flavor by lightly toasting cut sides of regular hamburger buns in a dry, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Watch closely so they do not burn.
- Melt a slice of American cheese atop a piece of cooked, breaded fish {Mrs. Paul's works well} and assemble sandwich.
