MRS. FIELDS COOKIE RECIPE I
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until very smooth and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. In a food processor, blend oatmeal until fine. Add to flour mixture.
- Stir butter mixture into flour/oatmeal mixture. Blend well.
- Add chocolate chips and walnuts. Stir until blended. Roll into golf balls size and bake for 8-10 minutes. You do not want to over bake these.

MRS FIELDS COOKIES RECIPE
I found this recipe for Mrs Fields cookies languishing in my recipe box. I made them this week for him and now I know why Mrs Fields cookies are so popular. This homemade version is so delicious you will prefer it to store bought!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cream the coconut oil, vanilla, eggs and sugars together
- in a separate bowl whisk all the dry ingredients together except the chips and nuts.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Add the chips, bits and nuts and mix.
- With an ice cream scoop place golf ball sized balls on the baking sheet 2 inches apart.(I used silicone baking mats on mine)
- Bake for about 7 minutes until the edges turn just barely brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet until they set up enough to move to the cooling racks.
- Cool completely and then store in an airtight container

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven 375. Bake 6 minutes. Makes 112 cookies
- 2. Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together flour, oatmeal (put small amount at a time in blender until it turns to powder), salt, baking powder and baking soda; add to sugar mixture; stir together.
- 3. Add chocolates and nuts. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Make golf-ball sized cookies, 2" apart. ENJOY!!!!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Put small amounts of oatmeal in blender until it turns to powder. Measure out 5 cups of oatmeal and only "powderize" that, NOT 5 cups "powderized" oatmeal!
- Mix together in a bowl: salt, baking powder, baking soda, flour and oatmeal.
- In a separate bowl, cream together butter or margarine, white sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix all of the above. Add: chocolate chips, grated chocolate bar, and chopped nuts (any kind).
- Bake on greased cookie sheet (make golf ball sized balls) and bake about two inches apart. Bake for 8 -10 minutes. Do not overbake!

AUTHENTIC MRS. FIELDS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
This is the closest thing I've ever tasted to the "real thing" without knowing for sure if it really is the "real thing"!

- Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Mix together flour, oat flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
- Stir in chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and nuts (if using).
- Drop by 1 1/2" balls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 6-10 minutes.
- NOTE: If you want your cookies to spread out a bit more, flatten them a bit before baking.
- Cookies will be soft but will firm up a bit after cooling.
