MOM'S BUTTERMILK PANCAKES
These pancakes are passed down from my grandmother, who was fully Scandinavian. They are light and fluffy, and great with berry syrups. I have made these for years as a special treat, and I hope you enjoy them as much as my family has.

MOMMA'S SPECIAL PANCAKES
I gave my pancakes a makeover and added a special ingredient: Sprite. Sounds unusual, but once you try it, you won't make pancakes the regular way any more.

M-O-M PANCAKES
This recipe makes a hearty filling pancake that is full of nutrition. You can used the flavored malt-o-meal instead but you may want to omit or cut back on the molasses and cinnamon. Optionally you can add fruit and or nuts to these.

This was passed down from my mother. I don't know where she got it, but it was always a special request at brunches. Serve with maple syrup or apple butter.

GRAMMA MOMO'S WW PANCAKES
This is my version of a great recipe that I found in my Mom's recipe book. It actually came from my grandmother Momo around WW2. My only real change was substituting applesauce for the oil. Feel free to try either way.
