CHOCOLATE CRUNCH BARS
A deliciously creamy layer of milk chocolate loaded with crispy rice cereal. A 2-ingredient treat you'll want to make time and time again!

Steps:
- Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with foil or parchment paper. Set aside.
- Add the chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.
- Add the Rice Krispies, and fold in until completely coated in chocolate.
- Pour into the prepared pan and spread out evenly. Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours until set. Slice into bars and serve cold or at room temperature.

- Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with parchment, letting ends extend up sides. Prepare and bake brownie mix according to package directions, using prepared pan. Cool in pan on a wire rack 30 minutes. Refrigerate until cold., Spread chunky peanut butter over brownies. Place chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted; stir until smooth. Stir in Rice Krispies; spread over chunky peanut butter layer. Refrigerate, covered, at least 30 minutes or until set., Lifting with parchment, remove brownies from pan. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- In a bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg, milk and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and walnuts. Spread into a greased 8-in. square microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 3-1/2 minutes or until bars test done, rotating a quarter turn every minute. Cool before cutting.

- Mix first five ingredients and put in a 9x13 inch glass pan.
- Microwave 3 1/2- 4 minutes on high, turning every minute or bake for 15 minutes at 350F in the oven.
- Allow to cool.
- Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips together in the microwave, and spread the mixture on top of the oatmeal.

HOMEMADE COPYCAT CHUNKY BARS
Steps:
- Fastest way, melt chocolate (leave out 2 tablespoons) in a microwave safe bowl or glass measuring cup with the solid coconut oil. Turn on 25 seconds, take out stir, put back in for 20 intervals, while stirring until chocolate is melted and shiny. Then add in the last 2 tablespoons of chips. This will temper the chocolate to keep it's shape. Stir until the chips are melted into the chocolate and keep stirring until shiny again. 2) Add in peanuts and raisins and stir gently. 3) Fill each mold (Ben, see photo of molds above) to almost the top. Remember Chunky Bars are thick. Let sit on counter for 10 minutes. Then, place the moldshttps://amzn.to/3Psp0hj on a cookie sheet and place in freezer for about an hour. - Grease a 13 x 9 pan with butter.
- In a large bowl melt 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips at 50% power for one minute.
- Remove and add large marshmallows and butter.
- Microwave on high for one minute.
- Remove and stir.
- Continue cooking at one minute intervals until mixture is melted.
- Stir in the rice krispies and blend.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and mini marshmallows and blend.
- Spread into pan.
- Place the remaining 1 cup of chips in microwave and melt.
- Pour melted chocolate over cereal mixture.
- Let cool and cut into bars.

- Butter 13x9x2-inch dish. Line base and sides with parchment paper; butter paper. Set aside. Remove wrappers from candy bars; break into sections. Combine in desired flavor amounts to get 3 cups candy bar sections. Set aside.
- Pace chocolate chips in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at medium (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at medium an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and smooth when stirred.
